- Pre-qualify for a Loan - The first step we'd like you to take is to find out what you can comfortably afford. This will pre-qualify you for the loan you take out to purchase your new home. By pre-qualifying, you are able to move quickly on a home you like by placing an offer. Being pre-qualified tells the seller you are serious about buying because you've taken the necessary steps to show that you are capable of financing the house you want. You may quickly and easily pre-qualify for your loan online through our Mortgage Center. This does NOT contractually bind you to this institution for your home's financing. You are free to choose whichever lender you feel most comfortable working with for your home loan.
