La Costa Real Estate
La Costa and La
Costa Valley are communities of Carlsbad and lie along to the east of I-5
coastal corridor, just north of Leucadia and south of the village of Carlsbad.
The area was originally developed around the La Costa Resort and Spa, and, as a
result, the whole community retains a relaxed, resort feel with many golf
courses, tennis clubs, and recreation areas. Adding to the vacation mindset of
the area is the nearby Four Seasons at Aviara, with its world-class amenities
and surrounding luxury development.
La Costa offers a
wide variety of housing options and prices. Condominiums begin in the mid
$300,000s for a one or two bedroom in developments like West Bluff Hills,
Cortez, The La Costa Golf Condominiums, La Costa Hills Condominiums, and
Spyglass Point. La Costa Fairways, La Costa del Sol, La Costa Pacific Villas,
Sabrina Greens, Meadowridge, the newly built Cascada, Carlsbad Crest and Arroyo
Villas offer two and three bedroom condos up to the mid $500,000s, many with
terrific amenities like golf course privileges, tennis courts, and clubhouses
for residents’ use. Rancho Carillo, a master planned community near Palomar
Airport, offers several developments with townhomes, detached single family
homes, and estates, ranging in price.
Homes in La Costa
Knolls, La Costa Meadows, La Costa Valley and Aviara Point are principally
