Rancho Bernardo Real Estate

A new planned community, just west of Rancho Bernardo, is 4S Ranch.  Offering four neighborhoods, Avery Lane, Cambridge, Palomino, and Terreno, 4S Ranch will feature 4,715 homes clustered around 4S Commons, a traditional town center.
