Spring Valley Real Estate
The largest un-incorporated community in the county of San Diego,
Spring Valley is also one of the most unique. Spring Valley includes within its
boundaries a variety of smaller communities: Casa de Oro, Rancho San Diego, La
Presa, Dictionary Hill, Mt. Helix, and Bancroft. While each of these
subdivisions is a part of Spring Valley, they all offer their own personality
and flavor, adding to the character of the 13.5 square miles of Spring Valley.
With a population of over 100,000, the close proximity to San Diego, which is
only eleven miles west of Spring Valley, allows residents to enjoy a relaxed
lifestyle within easy commuting distance to their professions in the city.
Offering apartments and townhomes, as well as larger properties for those who
enjoy horses and rural country living, Spring Valley has something for every
homebuyer.
Though the community covers a large geographical area, one of Spring
Valley's nicest attractions is its small town flavor, with numerous locally
owned businesses, active clubs and organizations. The schools are highly rated
and are part of the La Mesa-Spring Valley district.
