University City Real Estate

The Golden Triangle and University City areas lie 10 miles north of San Diego and are defined by the intersection of three freeways and Rose Canyon.  The residential area was originally developed in the 1960s as housing for employees and students of the University of California San Diego.  It has evolved into a middle-class, close knit neighborhood of families and kids, and young professionals who enjoy the proximity to the restaurants, bars, and shopping of University Town Center.

All of these complexes offer recreation areas, including spas, exercise rooms, pools, and close proximity to UCSD and the shopping and nightlife of La Jolla Village Square and University Town Center.
